Seventh Grade
CLASS OF 2017
We are now into our second semester of classes. Keep up with your second semester pace chart. I posted something cool at the bottom of Mrs. Creech's page that might inspire you to get busy on your music project. A friend of mine does woodworking and shared one of his favorite websites with me and what I found there is really awesome.

Angel FisherMinister's Report I did not know there were so many different plants and animals that could be found in the marine environment. You really did a great job researching these organisms. You have certainly shown me that negative impacts on the reef can really affect more than just tourism and human populations. The mangroves and the seagrasses are important because of the number and variety of organisms that live there. They also help to protect the coral reefs by filtering and cleaning the water.
"Mr. Fisher, I am sorry to interrupt, but what is going on over near CORAL? " " It looks like the people aboard the fishing boat are placing something in the water. I can't tell if it is a container or if something is being placed into the water. Now, the boat is speeding away." You are right John it does look like something is being placed in the water. Let's take a quick detour to see what might be happening. Dr. Angler, head over to the north side of the reef just past CORAL. Something looks a little fishy. " Now, Ginger will show you the tasks you need to complete in order to solve the problem.

| Lesson 06.00: Module 6 Pre-Test |
 |
 | Taking the Module Pre-Test | | |
In Module 6 you will learn all about data displays and analyzing data sets! Before you begin, you will need to get organized and take a module pre-test. Select to print the Module 6 Checklist: Data Displays and Analyzing Data Sets.
| Module 6 Checklist: Data Displays and Analyzing Data Sets |
One way to stay on pace is to keep track of what you need to complete in each module: - Print out this checklist and place it in your Math 3 Notebook.
- Use this checklist to help plan your schedule and keep track of your grades.
- Estimated time refers to the approximate time it will take to complete each lesson. This is only an estimate—it may take you slightly more or less time to do your best.
- Remember, there are multiple parts in each lesson. If you notice that you have completed a lesson in significantly less time than usual, double check that you completed all parts of the lesson.
Module 6 Start Date: ________________ Module 6 End Date: ________________ NOTE: The time between your start date and end date should be appropriate for your pace. Math 3 Module 6 | Assignment | Points Possible | Points Earned | Estimated Time | Actual Time |

Now, complete the Module 6 Pre-Test to see how much you already know about data displays and analyzing data sets.
The pre-test has 20 questions and will count only 1 point toward your final average in this course. It will assess your current knowledge of the material taught in Module 6. It may allow your instructor, at his or her discretion, to excuse you from assignments in Module 6 that contain content you have already mastered. As you take the test, keep in mind that this is a pre-test, so don’t worry if you do not know the answers to all of the questions. These questions will give you an idea of what you will learn in this module. After you complete all of the lessons, you will be given a practice test with similar questions to see how your knowledge of these topics has improved!
- Go to the Assessment area and submit 06.00 Module 6 Pre-Test.
- Use paper and pencil to help answer the questions.
- The computer will grade your work so you will receive immediate feedback.
